How Information May Be Shared
Information may be shared with authorized administrators and with service providers or infrastructure systems that are necessary to run the portal, such as identity, email, notification, router, DNS, monitoring, or frontend-management integrations. Information may also be disclosed when required to comply with legal obligations, enforce platform policies, or protect the security of the service and connected systems.
Cookies, Sessions, and Local Storage
The portal uses session cookies to keep you signed in and protect authenticated actions. It may also store limited browser-side preferences, such as theme choice, to improve the user experience.
Retention
Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, support connected infrastructure, maintain audit records, resolve disputes, and meet operational, security, or legal requirements. Retention periods may vary depending on the record type and the sensitivity of the data.
Security
Reasonable administrative, technical, and access controls are used to protect portal data, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your own devices, credentials, and downloaded VPN materials.
Your Choices
You may request updates to your account information, close support tickets, change some profile settings, or stop using the service at any time. Some records may still be retained where required for security, auditing, or administrative continuity.
Questions
If you have privacy questions or need help with your information, contact the portal administrators through the support workflow available in the VPN Portal.
